Shipping Policy

At AXISM, we work with multiple shipping partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your order. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

  • AXISM does not offer free shipping.

  • Shipping charges displayed at checkout are estimates based on the information provided at the time of purchase.

  • In cases where the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid at checkout, AXISM reserves the right to contact the customer for approval and payment of the additional shipping charges before dispatching the order.

  • If the customer does not approve the revised shipping cost, the order may be placed on hold or canceled, and a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

Shipping Method & Carrier Selection

  • Customers may select preferred shipping methods such as USPS Priority, UPS, or expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • AXISM reserves the right to modify the shipping carrier or service level, even if a specific method was selected, after communicating with and receiving confirmation from the customer, when:

    • The selected shipping method is not logistically feasible

    • The cost is disproportionately high for the shipment

    • Delivery timelines can be reasonably met through an alternative carrier

For example:

  • If a customer qualifies for or selects a shipping option that does not align with operational or logistical constraints, AXISM may propose an alternative shipping method that ensures timely delivery.

Communication & Approval

  • Any changes to shipping cost or shipping method will always be communicated to the customer prior to shipment.

  • Orders will only be dispatched once the customer has confirmed and approved the revised shipping details.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping timelines begin once the order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase.

Delivery Responsibility

  • AXISM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.
